WHAT YOU GET

You’ll get to put your wedding vehicle on display outside the main entrance to the exhibition. Whether it’s a wedding car, bus or taxi, we can accommodate you!

You’ll be able to show potential customers exactly what they’ll be hiring when they book with you.
Why not take them on a tour inside the vehicle and help them imagine what it will be like on their wedding day.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

When you book, we will add your vehicle to our display list. Then a few days before the show, we will be in touch to arrange arrival of your vehicle to the exhibition.

Wedding transport arrival will be on a first come first served basis; so we advise to arrive as early as you can to get a preferred position.

One of the I Do Team members will be on hand to guide you into a spot outside the main entrance when you arrive.

GOOD TO KNOW

Just so you know, if you book a 1x3mtr shell scheme stand within the wedding exhibition, you automatically get to bring two wedding cars to have outside as well! Better yet, if you book a 3×2 shell scheme stand inside the exhibition, you can bring up to 5 cars to have in the outdoor display!

*Please note price is per vehicle. Mobile catering vehicles and larger transport may also be subject to further charges. Please contact us direct for bespoke prices if your transport falls under either of these.
