WHAT YOU GET
You’ll get to put your mobile bar/catering van on display outside in the display area for the exhibition. Whether it’s a mobile bar or food catering van, we can accommodate you!
You’ll be able to show potential customers exactly what they’ll be hiring when they book with you.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
When you book, we will add your business to our display list. Then a few days before the show, we will be in touch to arrange arrival of your bar/van to the exhibition.
Arrival will be on a first come first served basis for the outdoor display area; so we advise to arrive as early as you can to get a preferred position.
One of the I Do Team members will be on hand to guide you into a spot outside when you arrive.

Please note, power is NOT included in this price; if you require power to your mobile bar/catering vehicle, please contact a member of I Do to add this to your order.
When you book, please inform a member of I Do staff of the size & dimensions of your mobile bar/ catering vehicle; this will help us when planning the outdoor display.
Other outdoor display items e.g. bouncy castle/tipis will need a bespoke price for outdoor space depending on their sizing requirements. Please contact us direct for bespoke prices if your business falls under either of these.
