WHAT YOU GET

You’ll get to put your wedding vehicle on display right inside the exhibition. Whether it’s a wedding car, bus or taxi, we can accommodate you!

At Doncaster, the indoor vehicle display area will be inside the entrance to the exhibition, where everyone will have to walk past to get in and out of the event.
At Derby, the indoor vehicle display area will be in the heart of the exhibition with constant footfall throughout the day.

You’ll get to really show potential customers exactly what they’ll be hiring when they book with you.
Take them on a tour inside the vehicle and help them imagine what it will be like on their wedding day.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

When you book, we will add your vehicle to our display list. Then the week before the show, we will be in touch to arrange arrival of your vehicle to the exhibition hall. This will either need to be late on the Friday night prior to the show or very early Saturday morning (we will confirm this with you), to allow us to build the exhibition around your vehicle.

After the wedding exhibition has ended and shell scheme been taken down, you can then come and collect your vehicle and take it away.
