WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK
STEP 1 – Call, email or book online for your chosen promotional package
STEP 2 – Once we have your booking, we will email you for the details of your wedding fayre.
STEP 3 – We will then list your wedding fayre online.
STEP 4 – One to two weeks prior to your fayre, we will get in touch to arrange delivery of your magazines/ registration forms and/or goodie bags. (package dependant)
STEP 5 – The week of your wedding fayre, we will send out a social shout across our platforms tagging your page in.
STEP 6 – The Thursday before your wedding fayre, we will email our couples database (shared or spotlight package dependant).
STEP 7 – You hold your fayre and it’s a huge success!
STEP 8 – Send the registration forms back to us to type, we send a spreadsheet back to you.

ADVERTISING ON OUR WEBSITE
We will list your Wedding Fayre details, photograph, and a link to your website on our wedding directory www.ido-magazine.co.uk in the run up to your event.
Your visiting couples will get a copy of the latest I Do Magazine worth £3.99 – a lovely gift from you to your guests, we’ve also found it helps break down any objection to the registration process.
Another great gift for your guests, a brilliant goodie bag full of treats. Each goodie bag will contain a range of items, ranging from tasty treats to the latest hair and beauty samples. The goodies are ever-changing due to stock flow.

DELIVERY OF EVERYTHING
Magazines are sent out in batch deliveries to specific areas 1-2 weeks prior to your event. Our driver will deliver everything to your chosen address between 9am & 5pm. Sometimes deliveries may be outside of the stated times, but we will always ensure you get your fayre package in time for your event.
WE’LL DO ALL THE TYPING
We will provide you with couple registration forms both in print and and emailed pdf. We will type in all the registration information for you and provide it to you in a Microsoft Excel document. We guarantee to have this information returned to you within 5 working days.
All we ask in return, is for a copy of the couple registration forms, so we can continue to promote our network of wedding fayres to local couples getting married. This data is never passed onto anyone else.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once we have received your order, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm and organise listing your wedding fayre. You’ll also receive an email with a form link to fill in your wedding Fayre details
WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW
Delivery Address (Deliveries are usually made the Friday before your fayre between 9am & 5pm) As soon as all the above details have been received by us we can get your delivery booked in and your wedding fayre listed on our website.
