Wedding Industry Approved Supplier Application

Description

You are looking at joining our Trusted Supplier Network as a Wedding Industry Approved Supplier.

Please ensure you have all the relevant details together to hit the required criteria before applying to be vetted. This will speed up the vetting process and approval will be quicker.

The Criteria:

In order to become a Wedding Industry Approved Supplier, there’s a certain criteria required which must be included; these are as follows:

  • 1 recommendation from another supplier that could hit the same criteria. (this can be emailed over direct from the supplier or forwarded on, but must come from the supplier and not not sent on their behalf)
  • 1 recommendation direct from a wedding venue that you’ve worked at on several occasions within the last year (this can be emailed over direct from the venue or forwarded on, but must come from the venue and not sent on their behalf)
  • A live up to date website is required to validate your company.
  • A minimum of 2 social channels that are updated with content on a regular basis and have been running for at least a year.
  • An up to date copy of your Public Liability insurance

What does it cost?

Vetting suppliers takes time and we want to ensure we have completed all checks accurately.

The vetting process costs £99 for the whole of 2026 PLUS you’ll also get the remainder of 2025 free of charge. That’s a £70 saving!

*On the rare occasion your application is unsuccessful, you will be refunded your application fee minus a £25 admin fee.

What happens next & What do I get?

Following application, you will receive a form to upload and submit all the requested details as mentioned above. We will then review your application within 72 hours and issue your “Wedding Industry Approved” badge to display across your marketing materials and platforms. You will also be listed on the Trusted Suppliers page on the I Do Directory website with a link direct to your website. This will be actively pushed out to engaged couples across our email database and socials.

I had two weddings last Saturday which I picked up at the I Do Wedding fayre last September and am busy working on stationery for a bride who got my details from the magazine and is getting married this weekend. It seems that every month there are at least five weddings which have been a direct result of the fayres or the I Do Magazine advertisements with 7 bookings from 12 as a direct result of the fayre/magazine. If only the banks could offer such a good return on my money.
